This policy describes how the personal data that users provide through this website are processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect and purpose

Through the contact form we collect the name, email address and message that the user sends us, for the sole purpose of handling and answering their enquiry.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form.

Retention

The data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, until the user requests their erasure.

Recipients and processors

No data will be disclosed to third parties unless legally required. The following providers, acting as data processors, take part in delivering the service:

  • Netlify — website hosting and management of the contact form.
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics, only if the user accepts analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

User rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to novapixelia.ai@gmail.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
