Build the environment that sustains.

Changing behavior without changing the environment is fighting against the current. Redesign turns intention into structure.

05 — Repetition

Until it stops being effort.

Repetition is not iron discipline. It is the process by which a chosen action becomes an identity that no longer needs to decide.
